Worst Service Imaginable

<p>For more than 7 months we have been trying to disinvest a reasonably small investment which was made in the name of a Trust. The Trust Deed was lost and not even the Master of the High court can find it any more. Now Old Mutual Wealth conceded that they ALSO do not have a copy of the Trust deed, and without it they cannot disinvest - but they were obviously happy to take the money in 1996 without the full copy of the Deed. Management is constantly hiding behind the people on the switch board and they just keep Stalling in making a decision on how to handle this problem!!</p> <p>I am starting to wonder whether they have any money left? Or any Management? It is unbeleiveable how pathetic the service is. I cannot begin to count the hours we have spent on cell phone calls to them and hours wasted in their offices. NOBODY can or want to help!!</p> <p>I will NEVER EVER invest with them again!</p>
