Worst Service from this company

I took a personal loan with old mutual which has been debited from my account on a monthly basis and I have never missed a payment. I have been paying R1943.76 monthly but I then payed an extra R9500 in October which means I am ahead of the payment schedule. However, these *********** people submitted a false report to credit bureaus that I am one month in arrears which is absolutely nonsense. I called them today (06/11/2023) and the lady I spoke claims I must wait for 30 days for my record to be corrected. I find this outrageous considering my payment record and when there's no fault from my side. Stay far from these nonsense company cos it appears to me that I am punished for trying to pay the loan ahead of time.
