Worst service from Old Mutual

Worst service from this big corporate no emphathy and customer service from them after being a cleint for years. I have a query logged since March and am supposed to wait for assistance regarding my payments. How do we get hold of you as clients I have been holding on the phone for 2h44 minutes until the call dropped. When I went to the Branch at Southdale they want to log another case as they can not assist. Utterly pathetic service for such a reputable company!!!!!!
