Worst service from Old mutual!!!!

I have experienced the worst service from old mutual SA. One of their financial advisors conned us. We were put on a plan that no one cared to inform us about, only got to find out about it when we had to go claim. We never received any form of contract from them, only because they continuously enter the wrong info on their system. Just over 2months and this matter is still not resolved. We are sent from pillar to post. We tried to lay a complaint on their Facebook page, and we got blocked.
