Worst service ever from Old Mutual staff

On 3 Feb 2015 I went to Old Mutual Field street Durban, I was very disappointed at the service I received from Zinhle Ndlovu. I wanted assistance with the Hospital Cash Plan forms to be faxed. Firstly she told me that they don't do Hospital Cash Plans I told her I needed assistance with the forms to be faxed or emailed to the relevant department. She rolled her eyes, was very sarcastic and told me \as I have told you we only assist customers who have loans
