Worst Service Ever

I got a retirement benefit from the company I left last year. Every month I get an SMS stating that my fund is getting disinvested and that it will be closed. I called in to see what I can do and I was told that I cannot do anything other that move it or only receive it when I retire. I cannot close the account or do anything. No one at Old mutual wants to help and all they care for is for the call to end and for the person to rate the call.

I will never use Old Mutual for anything and I will advise every person I know to use an alternative provider.
