Worst Service Ever
Old mutual has the worst service ever and lately getting hold of them is close to impossible. I've been sent from pillar to post for a claim I made on the 4th of December 2020 and to date no one can give me an answer in terms of how far my claim is. I am worried about my retirement annuity and all other policies I have with them. Time for change...

07 Jan 2021, 15:10I've been receiving emails and Facebook messages that a constant will get in touch with me shortly but that never happens... I logged a claim because I need the money... This is completely unacceptable, as if I am asking for a loan.
