WORST SERVICE EVER

Bad serviced ever received. I submitted a withdrawal from my tax free investment at the beginning of December, to date has not been paid. They giving me run around. I went to branch to enquiry but no joy. Called in at service Centre they told my withdrawal was rejected with no reason. The consultant just told me he will escalate the matter. To date still waiting. They don't even have a decency to call back.
