Worst service ever

So a funeral policy takes a whole month to pay out, how we supposed to to bury relatives when you don't pay out, no correct information is provided and the communication is not something to rave about. So people need to take loans for burials but premiums are payed every month without fail. Old mutual is the worst, how I wish I was that family from KZN who gave them the corpse at their offices. I wonder if old mutual knows the meaning of a funeral cover. After so many assessments and them wanting the same form for so many times, no payment has been made and the monthly premium has been debited for the deceased.
