WORST SERVICE EVER!
This is the worst life insurer ever, I can't get through to anyone when calling their call center, was kept on hold for more than an hour, was referred to their WhatsApp self-service very useless. This was November 2025 to date I have not received any call back. I sent an email to their complaints department received a response that someone will give a call back and I have to describe the nature of my complaint, I did that and still waiting and followed up and was requested to send my policy number but nothing!
