Worst Service Ever

Old Mutual worst service ever !! My colleague has been trying to contact Old mutual today for over an hour every time someone answers and he ask to be assisted in Zulu they said unfortunately they can only help in English and Afrikaans, that's pathetic!! In a country where we have 11 official languages they choose English and Afrikaans to assist their clients! Are you trying to tell me that you do not have any African employees who can speak Zulu??? When you needed clients to sign up they had no problem sending sales person who can speak Zulu!! I will make sure I warn other people about how you operate so that they do not make a mistake taking a policy with people who only care about English speaking people.
