Worst Service Ever

Old Mutual is the worst company ever when it comes to service, it's a full month's since I have requested for a payout and till this day I'm still waiting for them. The consultant always replies after a week and request for documents bits by bits. She replies only after a week on emails, why can she not request all required docs at once. First I requested to cancel the plan to be terminated. It was not terminated, 2nd she requested for a bank statement / proof of bank account I send that now she requested that I complete which I did. I'm still waiting for payment since the 19tg of March
