Worst service ever

Absolutely pathetic service! Had to pay out on my savings plan on an emergency on the 5th of Feb, after numerous attempts I got some assistance but it didn't help me as the "person" who contacted me didn't send me the forms to submit.

So after struggling to follow up again I received the forms, filled them out, sent them in... NOTHING...

Followed up again, they apparently pushed on the docs, after that nothing...

Followed up again... now they don't have any record of the docs, so I had to send it in AGAIN. But now they sent me messages saying the claim has te be canceled due to ME not sending the paperwork...

Can't make this **** up!

Up to date not a single actual person called me once... Regret the day I joined this company
