Worst service ever!!!

I resigned from another company last year end of October and opted for a part transfer and a part withdrawal of my pension fund. Til today Old Mutual has had me go through the most to get this sorted. I never get any feedback from them other than their same old automated SMS that says my claim is being processed. And when there’s something needed, they never call me. Each time I want feedback I need to call them and that’s the only time they seem to resume working on my request. To say this bus frustrating would be putting it lightly because your service is terrible. I’ve been waiting waiting since last year November for my claim and my withdrawal to be completed but you are taking your time and it’s not ON! Would definitely not recommend that anyone use Old Mutual for their retirement fund unless you’re forced to like I was. The service is horrifying and makes it seem as if I’m bothering you with my money.
