Worst Service Ever
Did apply for Finance on Thursday 28 July 2022, Agent called me, an offer was made and I had to send him documents, since then I have left 5 messages for him, and not once did he return my calls, I called the call center, I was informed they had mailed him and he will call me back. Well, three days later and I have no feedback from the consultant who assisted me, I even emailed him and he did not reply !!!!

03 Aug 2022, 15:24It even gets worst by the day, I received a call today, being informed that I as an individual have been approved but my application is declined based on the company I am working for. I have never in my life heard about anything like this. Can someone from old mutual call me?
