WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>I called yesterday with regards to canceling my investment policy i was promised Forms From a Kulsoom which was to be sent to my work email which was yesterday morning 31 May 16 @ 10: 00 it is now 01 June 16 @ 12:16 still no mail i need this to be cancelled asap as i HAVE A NEW POLICY with them which im cancelling this is no way to treat clients ive called mutiple times and been put on hold for so long and still not been resolved , IM officially done with these poeple the person whom opened the new policy also failed to contact me this is Putrid..........I will be taking this to every social media portal keep my friends from making mistake to take out policiesw by you guys..EMPLOY people whom work</p>
