Worst service ever

I took out a tax free savings account with old mutual because it stated that you can get your money anytime you want to. I've tried withdrawing my funds I was transfer to an app 22seven which I did not know why & what I was supposed to do with it . Went back tried contacting them I was given a 4page form which I'm supposed to fill go policestation have a police sign it fax my bank statement, I'D copy as well as the form. On the third day sent an email asking when is my money going to be deposited I was told it will take 48hrs. I just want to cancel this whole thing it's not helping at all. With outvest I did a withdrawal online in 3days the money was in my account.
