Worst Service ever

I went into the Old Mutual branch in Kempton Park to surrender my investment, the person assisting me didn't know what he was doing I literally spent 2 hours with him to surrender 1 policy. He told me if I open an Old Mutual account my funds would be paid out in less than 15 days, needless to say I have still not received MY money and it is now day 16. When I call into the center I am told to wait another 5-7 working days because nothing can be done. I have been on the line for 22 minutes now waiting to speak to a manager because "they are all in a meeting". I want my money in the next 24 hours and i want all my policies with Old Mutual to be cancelled.
