Worst service ever

I have never had such bad service EVER from a company!

After continuous emails to your staff regarding 3 of my policies you guys still have the incorrect dates to deduct my monthly contributions from!

Then when I phone your call centre I get the worst service and your trained staff cannot even make sense in what i am asking her!

I am so sick and tired of sending continous emails to you guys to correct matters and you dont. Yet you cannot explain to me what the situation is???????????

I had to hold for over 30 minutes for a supervisor !

I want answers and I want them now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Or you will pay up all my policies to me and you will not charge me a cent as you are in the wrong and I am fed up with all this bull ****!
