Worst service ever

My provident fund was submitted to old mutual on 11 Jan already. Every time I phone the call center they have different stories and doesn't seems like they know what is going on. I have left messages for the manager to phone me (Akila) which has never happened. No one has made contact with me until I phoned them I found out they are looking for my final divorce order. I got it from court and send it to them. they still today say the document cant be one page hahaha. If they look at the doc at the bottom there is a signature and stamp that shows it is the only page. on the divorce order it states that they husband didn't put a claim on my fund however still today they don't understand it. I have spoken to Sandy (Management) who said she will sort it out. well I still have to wait another 10 working days. So now we can move to 4 months waiting. I spoke to Nassir that is handling all nedbank funds but even he didn't phone back as promised even after I left multiple messages. I will never work with old mutual again and will not refer anyone to them cause I have never seen such horrible, pathetic service. Next step for me is social media if this isn't sorted by this week.
