Worst service ever

<p>So I was at the branch in Parow Centre wanting to cancel one of my policies with O.M and I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for service. I mean that is really pathetic service. I'm absolutely gutted. It's so quick and easy to sign up for a policy but when wanting to cancel it takes forever!</p>
