Worst Service Ever

We submitted a claim on my late Father RA policy administered by Old Mutual Max Invest two months ago. To date we have not received any communication regarding this claim. Each time I call their claims department I am sent from Pillar to post. I contacted all the claims contact centers within Old Mutual but no one seems to know anything about our. I spoke to many of their service consultants ( namely Norman Saul, Fuad Lee),but none of them could help. I am so disappointed and frustrated because this happens during this time when the family is mourning.
