Worst service ever

I regret insuring with old mutual or I should have listened to people advising me on the worst poor service one could get insuring with old mutual. I have never felt so bored and angry in ages... I am still fighting to get my stuff sorted and having to deal with consultants who do not value their jobs which is sad part and the worst of it all...
