Worst service

I’ve had the worst experience with Old Mutual. Nobody cares to make contact or communicate

I requested to close my investment account and withdraw my money. The money came in 2 weeks after the request and I know there are admin fees and everything but I received R2 000 less than my savings!

This month, a debit order went out again! I haven’t received any documents to close the account and I’m still being debited.

I would NOT recommend Old Mutual.
