Worst service

I am highly disappointed in the service I have been receiving from you guys. I sent a couple of emails requesting for my sister to be removed and I am not sure if your consultants don’t know how to read or if they are selective, I was advised I need to fill In a beneficiary form and I asked for what as she is not my beneficiary I just wanted to remove her from my funeral policy. So I left it , again I sent an email a few days back requesting the same thing instead Nikita Kellingson decided to remove my wife instead of my sister from my policy again I ask is reading a problem or is it just laziness? I sent an email for this to be sorted on the 9th and till date no one has bothered to rectify your error. I have been with you guys for years and I have never even skipped a premium but your service is appalling, even when I request to be give an FA that is also a mission like I don’t understand what is happening , is service an issue or you are just not bothered with our concerns. Now when I have issues I have to deal with the call centre that don’t even know what they are doing is that fair to clients? I used to be an FA at your company but I always made sure my clients are happy right now I am even considering cancelling everything , it’s not worth the admin.
