Worst Service at Old Mutual Eyethu Mall

Please note that i am writing this with utter sadness and anger.

i withdrew money at Old mutual ATM at Orange farm mall on 25/11/2023 Upon withdrawal, i requested for R 3000 but only got R 2 200 at the ATM.

i then went inside the branch and was assisted by the branch manager who asked me to go to my initial Capitec bank to request a statement and bring back, i did as requested and they said i would be refunded.

on 07/12/2023 i called the branch to do follow up on the refund of which they told me stories. i requested to speak to the branch manager who assisted me on the 25th but they told me she was not around.

Babalwa from the branch called her and spoke to her, when she called me back to advise on feedback, she tells me that the branch manager had told me to lay the compliant to Capitec but she did not. the only thing she told me was to request a statement.

i am angered by the fact that she **** to Babalwa that she told me to lay a complaint to Capitec. can this be attended to as a matter of urgency as she gives false information and refuses to speak to me. they now want me to travel to the bank again to speak to her yet she ****.

i do not see the point of going to the branch for a talk? i need to go there to get my money back.

her service was good when i was there but at this point i feel she is not fit for the job as she does not give the correct information. i would like to know hwta was the point of her needing my ID, Bank statement and made me sign forms ? at this point i feel that we was trying to ***** me. i would not like to be in contact with her as this has put me at a point where i have trust issues with Old mutual as a Branch
