Worst service and insurer - Old Mutual

I have been aimlessly trying to reduce my monthly premium since last year. To date Old Mutual has done nothing, actually increased my premium and their response time is appalling . This is the worst insurer ever. I would not recommend to anyone. If they cannot sort this, imagine when it comes to paying out, My next step now is the Ombudsman😡 not going to be bul**** like this.
