Worst service

Very disappointed with old mutual bank.

I have a bank account (after opening the account I was so impressed with their customer service and fees but now I can say that much)

I opened an old mutual account. Since opening it, I have been transferring funds into my account. Funds from my salary and some other funds. After transferring R2600 old mutual "suspended" my account and is now under "assessment"

I have sent them countless emails with proof of payments as requested still with no response

I phoned them on Monday and was promised a call back the same day with a follow up still nothing

If old mutual does not want me to bank with them, that's fine but they cannot just suspend my account without notifying me.
