Worst service

I have never seen such poor service by Old Mutual, my grandmother who is 80yrs old wanted to Withdraw a portion of her investment which she requested the 1 of November 2022 today is the 27th December 2022 all the employees at the Boulders (Midrand) branch claim they are new
