Worst service

Worst service ever . It’s the 3rd week now following up on my policy. I sent an email on the 3rd of June to get access into my savings and till date I am chasing these ppl around with my own money . We chose old mutual cause of trust and now this trust is broken . I have used you guys to save money but here I am using more money to listen to your automated voice note.
