Worst service.
Requested a full disinvestment on my policy from the online profile. Have been checking the progress and it said nothing. 7 days later nothing has been paid out to me and the contact centre line has never been answered. Decided to download the App only to find out there’s an action required from me. Pathetic! Why did it not indicate the same on the profile but instead it kept saying transaction in progress???

13 Mar 2023, 15:23I just got an sms that you are waiting for verification of my money account, I do not have that account with you, only the investments which I want to take out from your disfunctional company. Also we requested the money to be paid into African bank, so why want to verify something that has nothing to do with this withdrawal right now. Another tactic way to delay our money. Pathetic!
