Worst service

I am highly disgusted in the service I am currently receiving from old mutual I have been a client with you guys for more than 10 years and this is what I received from you????? My advisor sent through a cancellation request in December around the 5th everything you requested was sent through it’s over a month and the cancellation is not done but when you want your funds you always find them when I request a cancellation I get such treatment.
