Worst Place to put your money at

I have had alot of reviews with old Mutual but my experience today, One of the worst. I tried to withraw from my savings account yoh, they are giving me the run arounds. I went to the nearest brunch i was welcomed with rudeness and attitude, didn't get any assistance then i called customer service to find out what the issue is so i clear it and get my money, The lady hung up on me. We called in again and she was rude. As i am writing now, i dont have my money and i still don't know why.
