WORST LONG TERM INVESTMENT PLAN!

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL!!! I opened a 10 year investment policy in 2011, unfortunately the advisor resigned in 2013 & no one bothered to inform me or look after my investment. Interest dropped from 9% when I started i. 2011 to 0.8% & I was NEVER contacted. Not to move funds to a better investment option or advised that there is no one looking after my funds or a way forward. 8 years later, my investment has only grown just over R3000 rand! No one can assist me and after many emails, calls, investigation, all they have offered me is a R5000 for negligence. I cannot believe that I entrusted these people with my long term finance plan because they clearly dont care!
