Worst Life Insurer EVER!!!!

I really am not surprised about the fact that complaints to compliments registered on this site with regards to Old Mutual is at a ratio of 5 to 1. I have been a customer of theirs for close to 2 years now and can't wait to be free of them and anything to do with their organisation. The very few interactions I have had with them have been beyond poor, with my current dealings with them being the worst of the lot. and their complaints process seems to be specifically designed to avoid dealing with clients directly. Really. Do not waste your time with Old Mutual or any of their products. All the hard work done by their consultants are completely undermined by their poor back office processes and lack of interest of back office staff.
