Worst insurance in the universe!

I requested for a policy to be canceled in October 2022. This took ages to happen. Then I still got debited even though the policy got canceled. Apparently they take up to 30 days to refund you. I am still waiting for my refund up till now and it is December 2022. This is ***** if you ask me.
