Worst Insurance Company Ever

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I have been receiving from Old Mutual in my time of bereavement. I submitted a claim on my life partner's retirement policy on the 20/06/2024 and up until today I have not received any feedback not even a sms to notify me of the progress or even a couteousy call. When I do call do a follow up I get the run around with no definate answer or explaination or time frame.

I am in the process of registering our son for college and the funds would come in handy as I am now a single mother having to see to all the needs. I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me with the progress and let me know what is happening so that I can know.
