worst insurance company ever!

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">My family lost my father who was the breadwinner back in august 2012 and he had a life cover with old mutual which clearly stated who the beneficiaries are...but we have been going back and forth with old mutual for over 3years all they have been doing is asking for the same documents over and over again for over 3years I had to drop out of university due to this and now I am blacklisted because I could not pay my fees...if old mutual had handled this efficiently and put urgency into this matter it would not have come to this...my mother is unemployed and is struggling but we have finances that could assist us but old mutual and their employees are just so selfish to understand this...old mutual has no sympathy at all...all they wanna do is take but not give back when time is due...what happened to TCF 6 outcomes thay insurance companies should work by?my mother had to even take this matter to the ombudsman and in the meantime we starve...I will never ever suggest that any breadwinner use this insurance company to take care of their family when their gone because they will suffer...Ive never been so dissapointed...old mutual you have cost me and my family alot!!! Thanks for nothing</span></p>
