Worst funeral claim experience

Worst claim process ever pathetic I'm disgusted by the service I have received on a funeral policy I have been paying for more than 15 years. After two weeks I'm told claims is declined because of incorrect date of birth yet the same person was covered by my mother and her claim was paid. I was now take the blame for in competent consultants who punched in the incorrect date of birth in your system when I has a copy of ID when taking out the policy. You have made more than enough profits on my premiums. You are pathetic and unprofessional and I will fight for this claim to be paid you take advantage of people at their most vulnerable time. I regret taking out a policy with you
