WORST financial institution

Absolutely appalling service. For a YEAR they couldn't debit my 2 policies on the correct date. I phoned, emailed, teeeted, spoke to my Financial Advisor, spoke to Manager but still they'ed continue to debit if and when they liked. This caused a MAJOR inconvenience with my bank because items would come back returned and further affecting my credit score. Furthermore saving with Old Mutual is a **** because monies DECREASE no matter how much or how long you save. Cancelled both policies and they still debited my account!!!!!!! They are full of lies, revolting service and empty promises.

I'm still waiting for them to send me documentation acknowledging cancellations.
