Worst experience with old mutual after moms passing.

My mom passed away in 2019 and had 2 policies with them.they have been struggling to finalize or even communicate with me. They claim the issue is resolved of wich it is not. 2 beneficiaries on said policy haven't been paid name L Gallant and T Gallant.and old mutual cannot provide proof of payment of where directly the money went to. I'm aware that 2 beneficiaries have received payment aswell as stars,wheres the balance? I would not reccomend anyone to invest with old mutual. The branches or even pine lands head office provide to help either. Had a broker and he is pathetic to say the least ignoring emails and actually not helpful.
