Worst experience with no solution

I had a funeral policy with Old Mutual claimed last year July en they paid out but they still deducting premiums from last year July until now I’ve been to the branch they requested a refund for me but still no refund was paid en they still deducting, how can I escalate this matter seems like there is nobody at Old Mutual knows what to do anymore. Experiencing the worst service this far 😡😡😡😡😡
