Worst experience of my life as a customer

I had one of the worst experiences as a customer yesterday at the Sandton Old Mutual branch. A lady by the name of Phyllis humiliated and disrespected me in front of her subordinates and other clients. She even went on to leave me standing like I was a foolish person.

I have NEVER been so violated for only wanting to know how I should do to get my R200 back.

I'm told she's the branch manager and I wonder how she treats her staff if she can so much treat her own clients like dirt!!!

I would like to know how many staff members have left already because of her bullying and self centeredness.

I am disappointed!
