Worst experience ever

I withdrew my pension from old mutual in January they promised that it would pay out no later than the 7th of March. Granted there were a few things they were waiting for but not once did they contact me to inform me about this or send me a sms to let me know about the progress of the claim. Everytime i called them I discovered new things they were waiting on and not once did they call me to let me know that they are waiting on more information.To date I have spent close to R300 airtime calling them and enquiring about the progress and every single time a new promise gets made that cannot be kept. I am so frustrated with this bad service. Is it so hard to send a weekly sms to inform me about the progress? This morning I called them and a lady put me on hold for 10 mins then my phone died, no call back. I bought some more airtime and called them just to be told that they are too busy to help me and before the end of the day someone would call me back... this has not happened yet so let's see... that's R30 airtime spent on old mutual this morning.
