Worst ever insurance company

<p>The worst ever I have received from Old Mutual ... send +/- 20 mails, 10 phone calls and just no help. Either youre on hold for 20 min OR you get an e mail responce which is SO unprofesional (can post it on social media for people out there to see) just NO customer service, if your sold a policy be very carefull on what you tell the tele sales and what they actually put on your pollicy to get the price to sound attractive, youre happy and sign up, he gets his commision and much later you realize there are some false info on the policy ... ask them for recordings and you get NO responce for a month, well still waiting. To everybody out there please be very carefull when dealing with Old mutual. Just to add to this, I have IWYZE policy, had the plumers out a MONTH ago, yes a month, and still waiting for Old mutual to get back to me, have phoned but dropped 3 times after holding more than 10 min every time. My realy bad experience needs to be shared to many more people ...</p>
