Worst disservice

I am outraged and completely dismayed by the disservice from Old Mutual. I am particularly frustrated by the impotence of Iain Williamson and his office. I spoke to Hlumelo Mapipa who was negligent and indifferent to my query. Razia Benjamin who is apparently a manager at Old Mutual promisesd to call me back and needless to say it was another lie from the ***ards at this useless company. I have been calling since December 2020 and till this day; I have received no assistance. I have gone to the branches in Pier 14 and Greenacres countless times and I have tried everything and all I have received in return is spit on my face; from the office of the CEO, the staff members at both branches, right down to the call center staff. I truly disregard their CEO as a human being with a heart, much less his subordinates who have unequivocally displayed their indifference to me as a human being who is pleading for their assistance. I wonder how they would feel if they lost their parents; brothers; husbands or wives and then be met with such disgraceful neglect. All I want is my query to be resolved; is that not why the staff are hired? Regardless of the outcome; please put me at ease and resolve the query. At this point I even hate the word Old Mutual; it has now become a word that I associate with trauma. I already despise Iaian Williamson as a leader although I have never met him. I truly believe that his subordinates are a direct reflection of him and what he stands for.
