Worst decision of my life

I have a life policy with old mutual since 2011 which has a disability benefit. Now be cause I want to claimed for the disability benefit I am being taken from pillar to post and have to answer to a million question not to mention that I have been declared permanently disabled and lost functionality of my right hand,now I need someone to assist me in answering questions which the intention is to avoid paying me. I do not need so much added stress. Because they always by all means to try and avoid covering the claims you get calls to upgrade the policy and asking tricky questions and at one point my policy being cancelled without my knowledge. A bunch of crocks who prey on the vulnerable. I regret ever thanking this policy and when you need them the most they rob you. What hurts more is that these crocks are still deducting me even though my policy has been cancelled.
