Worst decision in life- taking out funeral cover with old mutual

I am honestly so sick of this company. I took out life insurance with them. We agreed on a debit date etc. They debited me whatever whenever. I constantly called in to complain and was told that it is resolved. The incorrect debiting of my account continued. I asked them to stop debiting my account i would pay eft. They carried on debiting my account. Called again to complain. They advised it was stopped and apologised etc. Needless to say it didnt stop. Eventually I just stopped paying because I was do e with them. I got an email to confirm my policy is cancelled in June. Got called to ask if I wanted to reinstate my policy. I said no ways. Guess what? Today I get debited for a policy that has been confirmed as cancelled 3 times. I cannot stop the debit order as they do not allow it. They have a million excuses why they cannot refund. So they get to just take my money whenever for no reason
