Worst customer service ! Worst investment company , Terrible call centre assistance

Very disappointing, I have an investment plan with Old Mutual , I haves claimed from it on numerous occasions without any hustle . I made a claim on the 28th of march 2023 according to their terms and conditions , their pay outs are between 5-7 working days . I called in to their call centre and was assisted by a lady called Sherizan , the service was so poor , the consultant seemed to not even know how to check , I asked to speak to the manager as she kept putting me on hold to discuss with her manager and she eventually dropped the call on me . They are dishonest , *********** and not empathetic towards their clients . The manager even told sherizan she couldn’t escalate the case because it’s within SLI since they take 5-9 working days to pay out which is lies from the pit of hell!. I am disinvesting with them … a complete waste . They are very quick to deduct from your account by drag their fit when you claim your own money !!! DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM !!! They will give you a run around when it’s time to claim !! No expression of TCF , no honesty , no intergrity .
