worst customer service thus far
If I could give zero rating I honesty would, how is it that I've been requesting information about my investment from the 21 of July and have received sporadic responses. Honestly the worst customer service thus far, the amazing thing is you know how to follow up when you still require business from us but suddenly are tied up when it's time to assist. I'm appalled and very much disappointed in your zero response and communication rate!

17 Aug 2023, 15:50I dealt with a lady who knew what customer service is all about, if I had been dealing with her from the beginning I doubt I would've resorted to such. Most people especially the ladies I was dealing with could really learn a great deal from Coleen Aanhuizen, she really knows what client relationship is all about.
